Helping Hands is re-starting their community meal program. The community meal program
will be on the Third Thursday of every month. The first meal will be served on September 15 from 12:00pm-7:00pm in the parish hall. We are looking for volunteers who would like to help
give back to the community. We have four different groups in which you can volunteer your
time.

The first group is volunteers that want to do set-up. This group will be required to set the
hall up and place items out that will be needed to serve the meal. The time· that this group will
meet depends upon the hall schedule but it will be either the Wednesday evening before the meal
or Thursday afternoon the day of the meal.

The second group is volunteers who want to serve the meal. This group will need to be at the hall before the meal starts.

The third group is volunteers that want to do clean-up. This group will be responsible for
resetting the tables, cleaning the kitchen, and setting the hall back up. The time that this group will meet will be shared by the coordinator,

The fourth group is volunteers that want to bake desserts for the meal. This group will be
asked to provide a baked dessert that will need ·to be at the hall prior to the meal.

We would like anyone who would like to volunteer their time to fill out the form below.
Once we have gathered all the submitted forms and paper slips, we will make a volunteer
call list for each group. This list will be provided to the chairpersons of each group. The
chairperson will call the volunteers on the list in a rotating manner, as needed.
