CCA Grief Support August 15th “In-Office” at 3:00pm and “Virtual” at 5:00pm: Catholic Cemeteries Association Monthly Sunday Grief Support August 15th: [Please visit https://www.clecem.org/ for the most updated schedule of events.] Catholic Cemeteries Association provides free monthly grief support groups in two formats: In-Office (3pm) at six Cemetery offices and Virtually (5pm). We meet the 3rd Sunday of every month; 4th Sunday if the third Sunday falls on a holiday. Meetings are open discussion, surrounding a monthly topic or whatever is on your heart. The August 15th topics are “Planning for Special Days/Memorials” and “Family Dynamics in Grief”. We offer a comfortable, private, and safe environment where you are free to explore your grief. Come and be in the presence of those who understand.

“A Closer Walk With Thee” – CCA Monthly Grief Support E-Newsletter: Our monthly grief support e-newsletter, “A Closer Walk with Thee” provides much of the same helpful grief support information that is presented at the monthly meetings but can be enjoyed from the comfort of your home and from any device where you can access your email. This e-newsletter is emailed the first Tuesday of each month to any family/individual who has expressed an interest in our bereavement programs. Catholic Cemeteries Association Annual WALK TO REMEMBER 10/3/2021 1:00-2:00 PM and “In Remembrance Wall” – Month of October During October, the month of the Most Holy Rosary, Catholic Cemeteries Association invites families to participate in a half-mile walking Rosary in honor of departed loved ones. We walk, we pray, we sing, and we remember. For those who cannot walk, or in case of rain, the Rosary will be prayed in the mausoleum or in the cemetery office. At the end of the Rosary, there is a brief candle lighting ceremony in remembrance of our dearly departed. This is a great communal prayer opportunity for families and for Rosary Prayer organizations in your parish. Registrations starts August 1stand runs through October 3rd. Whether walking or not, you can also honor your departed loved ones on our “In Remembrance” Wall. Submit names by September 30th to be included for the month of October.
